• The Birth Of Brock Ice

After running our country pub for nearly ten years my husband Tyrone and I decided it was time for a change. We took some time out and went off in our campervan around Europe for a few months which was an amazing experience.

Upon our return I felt it was a good time to set up my own small business, something I had always wanted to do.  I was very lucky because Tyrone came up with a fab idea for me that just happened to include one of my favourite treats!  And so, in April 2008 Brock Ice was born.

    Local Collaborations

After being asked to do this I started to think that perhaps I could serve my ice creams at other events too such as private parties or even weddings. I put the idea out there and started getting bookings.

  • Stop Me and Buy One

I started off riding around my village of Brockenhurst (in the heart of the New Forest National Park) selling to locals and tourists, which I still do now when I have the time!

On the very first day I went out in Brock on my bike I was approached by a lovely lady who said that she was organising a local monthly film evening through a fab company called Moviola and would I like to sell ice creams during the interval.  I said yes of course and I still attend these film nights every month

    A Family Affair

With the help of Tyrone and the rest of my ice cream gang (basically the whole family), Brock Ice supplies ice cream for all kinds of events all year round and I still absolutely love it.
