NB. For events held Monday-Thursday we offer a £15 discount off all packages. If you do not want a package and you are organising an event where people purchase their own ice creams e.g a fete or theatre performance, please get in touch and we will arrange a quote.
Bookings are secured with a £50.00 non-refundable deposit with the balance due by two weeks before the event. Bookings cancelled 30 days before the hire date incur 50% of the full hire charge. Bookings cancelled within one week incur 75% of the full hire charge. Depending on venue address we may have to add a small travel charge to help with the cost of fuel. We always liase with your venue prior to the event however we would advise you to check with your venue before paying your deposit that we are able to attend and that there is enough space for us to serve. Any doorways or gateways that we need to pass through should be at least 36" wide. We like to arrive approx 45 minutes before service time to get set up and ready to serve. We accept payment by Cheque and Bank Transfer.
