We go to all types of events such as; weddings, parties for all ages, fetes, carnivals, corporate events, open days, BBQ’s, film nights, street parties, school/youth camps, fairs, shows, sports days, proms, product launches, conferences……….or any other event you are holding, large or small, indoors or outside.

Weddings are our most popular event and we can come along at any time, for example; During the drinks reception, while guests are chatting and the photos are being taken, they can come and have ice creams. As a tasty (and economical) dessert. Or in the evening alongside a buffet/fish & chips/hog roast/other. It’s your day so it’s entirely up to you.

ICE CREAM IS NOT JUST FOR THE SUMMER! Although the majority of our work is during the summer where we serve outside, we are able to come inside too therefore we also attend events over the colder months. Popular events over the winter are Christmas parties and winter weddings and favourite ice cream flavours for this time of year include; Mince Pie, Oriental Ginger, Gin & Pink Grapefruit and Champagne Sorbet.

Our bikes can hold more ice cream than you imagine! We can serve hundreds of portions out of each bike and if your event is on a large scale we are also able to bring extra freezers to carry more stock.  Just get in touch to ask about large events.

The majority of our events are in Hampshire and Dorset but we can go further afield so do get in touch as we will always try our best to accommodate you.

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the date. The balance is due by two weeks before the event.

Yes, we can! Please get in touch if you are organising an event where people pay for their own ice creams such as a fete or fair as this can be arranged.

Yes, our bikes and cart can be branded for corporate/film/promotional use.  This can be arranged at an extra cost. You will need to supply your own graphics for this.

We are fully trained in food hygiene and have public liability insurance. We have been awarded a hygiene rating of Five out of Five by The New Forest District Council.

The bike can be used indoors and outdoors therefore we are available all year round.

Depending on how far we have travelled and the weather, we may need to bring our small generator with us (it’s a quiet one!) or plug into an electrical socket.

Trying to reduce our environmental impact is important to us and we are always looking for new ways to achieve this.

Current practises include:

• We try to recycle all waste materials including boxes, paper napkins, tubs, office paperwork.
• All plastic 4 litre ice cream tubs which can’t be recycled are washed and then found new homes, at schools, garages, restaurants etc as they are perfect for storage; please get in touch if you need any!
• All serving tubs are supplied by vegware or Biopak.
• Packaging for our treat boxes are plastic free.
• Our ice cream is made just ten minutes away so fuel used to deliver it is kept to a minimum.
